Newly renovated in 2023, The Mountain View Cottage can host six guests and up to eight guests for an additional fee. The main living area offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a well-equipped kitchen with an island and a large dining room table option. Grab a snuggle blanket and unwind with a good book next to the custom-built fireplace. The downstairs secondary living area offers a myriad of cozy spots including a hideaway for the little ones. And, while we do not want you to necessarily work on vacation, a functional workstation nook with extremely fast WIFI completes the space. Venture just a few steps outside and walk into an outdoor oasis, complete with two chill spots. The deck area, with picnic style seating and a gas grill or the ever-popular fire pit area which beckons with charm. We reside in a serene rural community, nestled along a gravel and dirt road. You are going to enjoy the convenience of being near an access road that provides easy reach to essential amenities and popular attractions.
Guest Access
Entire house and back yard space. Garage and owner’s closet will not be accessible.

Expect to be wowed on the drive to our home, from river views as you ascend the mountain to the Appalachian trail entrance and even a natural water spring. Our home is detached and off a paved main. The road directly in front of the house is an unpaved gravel road and can be dusty in the summer months. Parking is always complimentary in the driveway for up to 6 cars! We recommend traveling here in a 4WD or AWD vehicle during the winter months when heavy snow or inclement weather is predicted.
